Ganjam: A Junior Engineer of Rural development department in Digapahandi landed in Vigilance net for allegedly amassing disproportionate assets.
The engineer has been identified as Bainsidhara Sethi.
According to reports, several teams of the anti-corruption agency conducted simultaneous raids at four places including:
1. Residential triple-storeyed building at Shakti Nagar 2nd Lane, Berhampur.
2. Parental house at village Chirikipada Sasan, PS- Polasara, Dist.- Ganjam.
3. House of relative at Lochapada, Berhampur.
4. Office of Sri Sethy located at Digapahandi, Dist-Ganjam.
These teams are conducting searches on the allegation of possession of disproportionate assets.
However, the amount of wealth traced out is yet to be known.
Raid is still underway.
