Cuttack: Three persons were arrested by Lalbagh police in Cuttack city for harassing borrowers over repayment and allegedly availing loans on fake documents from Corporation Bank, Cuttack on Saturday.
The prime accused has been identified as Shankar Satpathy, who had availed 68 lakh loan from the Corporation Bank ,Cuttack branch. However, he submitted forged land records of Satyabadi Baliarsing as collateral security.
Reportedly, a complaint was lodged with Lalbagh police before August 6 in this connection, and basing on which, the three accused were arrested today.
