Two weeks ago, the State of Odisha (Eastern India) was hit by one of the most devastating cyclones in decades. Friends and places which I had visited just weeks before have been badly affected. We contributed to the Odisha Chief Minister @naveen_odisha Relief Fund, and we encourage you to contribute too, each and everyone according to their means (see my comment below). But we felt we needed to do a bit more than that. So here are a few words from us to all of our friends in Odisha. . . Special thoughts for @odishatourismofficial @detourodisha @sophiaxsimon @chitragatha @tushar0083 @asheshsahoo @gyaltsenwangdi @nitinjawale … . . #RebuildOdisha #Odisha #cyclone #fani #cyclonefani #bhubaneswar #puri #bandeutkalajanani #jayjagannath #fromfrance #fromparis #withlove #france #paris #india #inde
She also mentioned, “We”, by which she meant people of France, contributed to the CMO Odisha Relief Fund. Besides, she also encouraged others to do the same in order to help rebuild Odisha.
However, what touched the hearts of the netizens, is the Odissi dancers saying “Bande Utkala Janani” along with many of her French students.
