Bhubaneswar: Former Paralakhemundi MLA, K Narayan Rao, who resigned from the BJD yesterday, joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the party’s state headquarters here on Wednesday.

After joining the saffron party Rao told media persons that he had been working for the Biju Janata Dal in Gajapati, which was a stronghold of the Congress party, but the BJD had made injustice with him not allocating ticket to him for Paralakhemundi Assembly seat.
