Bhubaneswar: The delivery boy of an online food delivery company was caught by the police for cooking up a false story of his own abduction over a love affair.
As per reports, the matter came to light through Patitapaban Prusty mobile call details and CCTV Footage. Following this, a 4-member special team of Commissionerate police has found and detained him at Katani GRP police station in Madhya Pradesh.
Reportedly, the delivery boy fled with a girl from the Gop area in Puri out of the state.
It is pertinent to mention that on Aug 11, the delivery boy was allegedly kidnapped by three to four unidentified miscreants near Daya river road at Lingipur area on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar.
