Kalahandi: Police arrested an executive officer for allegedly raping a married woman at Badakarlakot village under Jaypatna in Kalahandi district.
The arrested executive officer identified as Nirakar Nayak.
According to the complaint, on April 28 Niralakar entered the house of the victim after finding her alone at the house and allegedly outraged her modesty. Following this, a complaint was filed at Jaypatna police station.
On the basis of the FIR, police registered a case. Acting on the complaint, the cops arrested the accused and forwarded him to court.
