Sundargarh: An elderly man was reportedly trampled to death by an elephant at Saradabhanga village in Koida block of Sundargarh district.
According to reports, the incident took place in the wee hours of Monday while the victim had gone to attend nature’s call when the jumbo attacked him killing him on the spot.
On being informed, the forest department personnel reached the spot and seized the body for post-mortem.
