Balasore: In a fresh development in the DRDO Chandipur Espionage Case, the chief security of DRDO has been interrogated by the Inspector General of Police (IGP) at the IG office on Friday.
Reportedly, five persons have been arrested so far on charges of leaking sensitive info to foreign agents
It is pertinent to mention that on Tuesday, the Odisha police had arrested four contractual employees of the DRDO at Chandipur on charges of leaking classified defence information to foreign agents.
As per reports, the four accused wrongfully and wilfully communicated classified defence secrets to foreign agents, appearing to be Pakistani agents. They were contacted from various ISD phone numbers.
