Bolangir: The decomposed body of a woman was found from a sewer under Saintala police station limits in Bolangir district. The identity of the woman was not known immediately.
Reportedly, the matter came to the fore after the railway station master spotted the body and alerted the GRP about the same.
On being informed, the GRP personnel reached the spot and recovered the body for post mortem. It is suspected that the woman might have slipped from the train. However the actual reason behind the death would be established after the autopsy, sources said.
A case (11/21) of unnatural death has been registered and further investigation is underway into the matter, sources informed.
