Bhubaneswar: The last date for admission into first-year engineering courses in Odisha has been extended to December 31 for the 2021– 2022 academic session.
As per reports, Odisha Private Engineering College Association (OPEC) had filed a plea to the High Court of Odisha and then it moved Supreme Court of India urging for an extension of the deadline to Engineering courses admissions.
OPEC in its petition reportedly stated that the deadline for admission to engineering colleges in the state last year was kept until December 31. However, this year’s deadline was till December 15.
