Daiwa Launches 4K Smart TV In India: Check Price, Features

New Delhi: Daiwa has recently launched D50U1WOS smart TV in India. The company claims to be the first 4K TV running LG’s webOS TV, aside from LG itself. It has a bezel-less design with a 96 percent screen-to-body ratio along with a host of features like HDR10 support, MEMC technology, Dolby Audio, and more. The TV is powered by a quad-core processor and a Mali GPU.

The Daiwa D50U1WOS carries a price tag of Rs 43,990. The television will be available for purchase through leading retail outlets and Daiwa’s official website.

Beginning with the display, the Daiwa D50U1WOS sports a 50-inch screen bearing a 4K UHD resolution. It features 1.07 billion colours and Quantum Luminit+ technology to upscale low-resolution images to 4K. The television supports HDR10, HLG formats and also comes with MEMC. On the audio front, the Daiwa D50U1WOS is equipped with 20W surround speakers.

On the hardware side, the Daiwa D50U1WOS is powered by an ARM CA55 quad-core processor coupled with 1.5GB RAM and 8GB onboard storage. The smart TV runs on webOS and features a ThinQ AI voice assistant. It also has ALLM (auto low latency mode) for a smoother gaming experience. The Daiwa D50U1WOS ships with popular OTT platforms including Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, Disney+ Hotstar, and more.
