Cuttack: Police here have arrested one more person in connection with pre-natal sex determination case. The identity of the accused was not revealed immediately.
Earlier, police had arrested 4 persons &seized several equipment and machines used for carrying out such tests.
Under Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (PCPNDT) Act, 1994, gender determination is illegal.
