Cuttack City: 71 new COVID-19 positive cases detected, 62 cured
Cuttack: Out of the 150 new COVID-19 positive cases reported today in the district, 71 positive cases belong to Cuttack City, the Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) informed.
As per the CMC, of the 71 new COVID-19 positive cases detected in the city, 17 cases are from Institutional Quarantine, 24 cases are from Home Quarantine and 30 are Local Contact Cases.
“Another 62 recoveries have been reported recently,” the CMC said while appreciating the efforts of healthcare professionals, and all frontline workers for keeping up the relentless hard work.
A total of 14,102 COVID-19 positive cases have been reported from Cuttack, out of which 895 are active cases while 13,144 persons have recovered and 63 persons have succumbed to the deadly infection.
