Cuttack City: 325 new COVID-19 positive cases detected, 212 cured
Cuttack: Out of the 492 new COVID-19 positive cases reported today in the district, 325 positive cases belong to Cuttack City, the Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) informed.
As per the CMC, of the 325 new COVID-19 positive cases detected in the city, 79 cases are from Institutional Quarantine among which two are COVID Warriors. Besides, 70 cases are from Home Quarantine and 176 are Local Contact Cases.
“Another 212 recoveries have been reported recently,” the CMC said while appreciating the efforts of healthcare professionals, and all frontline workers for keeping up the relentless hard work.
A total of 9,045 COVID-19 positive cases have been reported from Cuttack, out of which 2,397 are active cases while 6,612 persons have recovered and 36 persons have succumbed to the deadly infection.
