Cuttack City: 145 new COVID-19 positive cases detected, 222 cured
Cuttack: Out of the 230 new COVID-19 positive cases reported today in the district, 145 positive cases belong to Cuttack City, the Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) informed.
As per the CMC, of the 145 new COVID-19 positive cases detected in the city, 28 cases are from Institutional Quarantine, 48 cases are from Home Quarantine and 69 are Local Contact Cases.
“Another 222 recoveries have been reported recently,” the CMC said while appreciating the efforts of healthcare professionals, and all frontline workers for keeping up the relentless hard work.
A total of 11,798 COVID-19 positive cases have been reported from Cuttack, out of which 2,624 are active cases while 9,126 persons have recovered and 48 persons have succumbed to the deadly infection.
