The Barabati Stadium in Cuttack will be hosting the second ODI between India and England on February 9 next year. This will mark the return of international cricket to Odisha after a gap of over two and a half years.
The last international game hosted at Barabati was a T20I between India and South Africa on June 12, 2022.
In terms of ODIs, the last 50-over international match was played on December 22, 2019, featuring India and West Indies. Therefore, it will be more than five years since the Barabati Stadium hosted an ODI.
