Cuttack Barabati Stadium To Host India vs England 2nd ODI on 9 Feb 2025

The Barabati Stadium in Cuttack will be hosting the second ODI between India and England on February 9 next year. This will mark the return of international cricket to Odisha after a gap of over two and a half years.

The last international game hosted at Barabati was a T20I between India and South Africa on June 12, 2022.

In terms of ODIs, the last 50-over international match was played on December 22, 2019, featuring India and West Indies. Therefore, it will be more than five years since the Barabati Stadium hosted an ODI.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the fixtures for Team India’s international home season for 2024-25, which will commence with a two-match Test series against Bangladesh on September 19, followed by a three-match T20I series.
