Cuttack: In a bid to confirm rumours regarding an Omicron-infected person found in Cuttack, the district administration has been asked to carry out a probe to find the details.
Refuting such rumors, Public Health Director, Niranjan Mishra said, “We have no evidence related to this, but the district administration has been asked to submit details.”

“More than 1500 people from ‘at risk’ countries have arrived in Odisha so far. We are capable of handling Omicron. Preparations are on and regular reviews of necessary infrastructure are being carried out,” he added.
