Bhubaneswar: With Odisha gearing up for the COVID-19 vaccination drive, it has been informed that the vaccination will be carried in six hospitals across Bhubaneswar.
Reportedly, the immunisation will be launched at — Capital Hospital, Unit-4 Government Hospital, BMC hospital in Old Town, SUM Hospital, AIIMS and KIIMS Hospital in Bhubaneswar.
On January 16, the vaccination programme will be launched at these locations.
Notably, the first consignment containing vials of Covishield vaccine dispatched from Serum Institute of India in Pune reached Odisha on Tuesday.
the first phase of vaccination, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation has received 9000 vaccines for health workers, informed Municipal Commissioner Prem Chandra Choudhary on January 13.
