Cuttack: The Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) organised a webinar on “Mental Well-being During COVID-19” on Tuesday to address various issues of mental wellness.
CMC Commissioner Ananya Das along with Dr. Mihir Ranjan Nayak, of SCB MCH, and other health experts interacted with COVID-19 positive patients residing in several COVID Care Centres (CCCs) and those in Home Isolation.
Several concerns of the participants were addressed and the experts suggested various self-care approaches.
In the current pandemic times, maintaining mental wellness is very important. It was an interactive and enlightening session. We intend to continue such sessions in the future, in cooperation with MHI SCB & Odisha Digital Academy, the CMC tweeted.
