Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik cast his vote at a booth near his residence at Ward No. 53 of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Thursday.
Patnaik walked to the booth amid tight security and exercised his franchise in the Urban Local Body (ULB) elections at around 9.23 AM.
