Taking to Twitter, Chief Minister, Naveen Patnaik said, “Congratulate all the successful candidates from #Odisha who have cleared #UPSC #CSE2021 examination. May they work with dedication and commitment to bring visible changes in people’s lives at the grassroots. Wish them bright careers ahead.”
Notably, ten from Odisha have cleared the Civil Services Examination, 2021 conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
They are Ankur Das (rank 52), Kartik Panigrahi (rank 63), Gourav Kumar Agarwal (rank 86), Durga Prasad Adhikari (rank 205), Biswa Bisruta Tripathi (rank 232), Anup Garg (rank 269), Samir Kumar Jena (rank 273), Soumya Ranjan Pradhan (rank 306), Harshit Meher (rank 376) and Manas Ranjan Sahu (rank 513).
Out of the 749 candidates who have successfully cleared the examination, 180 have been selected for IAS, 37 for IFS, 200 for IPS, 242 for Central Services Group ‘A’, and 90 for Group ‘B’ Services.
The result of the Civil Services Examination, 2021 was published today by the UPSC.
