Daringbadi: A minor boy studying in Class 10 reportedly went missing while he had gone to tuition class in the early morning of Tuesday. The incident has been reported from Baliguda Nuasahi in Kandhamal district.
The missing student has been identified as Balaram Sahu, a resident of Nuasahi-Kandha Sahi) in Baliguda police station limits of this district.
On Wednesday, the missing minor boy’s uncle lodged a written complaint with Baliguda police. As per the FIR, Balaram left the house at around 6 am yesterday for attending tuition at the nearby Sunapanga Sahi. However, neither did he reach the tuition nor he came back home since yesterday.
Even after a frantic search, the family members failed to trace his whereabouts and lodged a missing complaint with the local police station.
A case (46/22) has been registered in this regard and efforts are underway to trace the missing minor boy, the police said.
