Bhubaneswar: The Council of Higher Secondary Education of Odisha (CHSE) on Saturday constituted a 14-member experts’ committee to suggest well-defined alternative objective criteria for assessment of regular and ex-regular examinees of the annual H.S. Examination this year.
The panel will submit its report within 10 days and it will be headed by Sushant Kumar Das, Ex-President BSE & Ex-CoE, Utkal University, the body informed.
“In accordance with the orders of the Government, an Expert Committee is hereby constituted to suggest well defined alternative objective criteria for assessment of the Regular and Ex-Regular examines of Annual H.S. Examination, 2021,” the CHSE said in a statement.
“Considering the present pandemic situation, keeping in view health and safety of students, teachers and parents, the Govt. of Odisha has decided to cancel Annual H.S. Examination, 2021 conducted by CHSE. Odisha,” the statement read.
