Centre using agencies for political agenda, Michel tells court

New Delhi: Christian Michel, middleman in  AgustaWestland VVIP Chopper scam, has moved a Delhi court saying the Centre was using agencies for political agenda.

His response came a day after ED filed a supplementary charge sheet against Christian Michel in the AgustaWestland VVIP Chopper scam. He said he has not named anybody before the probe agency.

Michel’s counsel claimed that the copy of the charge sheet was provided to the media before it was provided to Michel.

His advocate Aljo K Joseph has claimed that Michel had never named anyone.

In his plea, Michel has questioned how the charge sheet was leaked to the media even before its cognizance was taken by the court.
