Sundrgarh: A worker of Jindal Cement Factory was reportedly crushed to death near Kutra in Sundargarh district of Odisha late on Monday night.
The deceased worker has been identified as Akash Barbia of Jharkhand.
According to reports, the incident occured when large iron poles were being taken down by hydra from a trailer truck in the factory. Meanwhile, an iron pole fell on top of Akash and he was crushed to death on the spot.
On getting the information, police reached the spot and launched a probe into the matter.
