Seoul: South Korean boyband BTS member V might be serving his time in the military. But even in his absence, the rapper has arranged a special surprise for his fans. Recently, BTS’ management company BigHit Music announced that V’s new single track FRI(END)S will be unveiled on March 15. The yet-to-be-released song has generated curiosity and sparked excitement amongst the BTS Army. Ahead of the premiere date, the first set of concept photos, featuring V has been shared by BigHit Music on social media platforms, capturing the essence of the FRI(END)S.
The six concept photos with some in black-and-white shades capture V in various moods. In one of the snaps, the singer sported an eyebrow piercing, staring intensely into the camera. In another pink-hued picture V’s close-up shot was taken where he was seen smoking. In another monochrome frame, the Layover singer was wearing headphones as he was clicked in a candid pose.
Fans also got a glimpse of V lying on a couch. Dressed in casuals, he was pulling the cuffs of his cardigan. In two other photos, the 28-year-old donned a black and white suit and had a tie tucked to his neck. He exuded a goofy expression with his tongue out, melting the hearts of millions.
