Cuttack: Police have arrested an employee of the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha for allegedly selling a fake Odisha Secondary School Teacher Eligibility Test (OSSTET) Certificate.
The arrestee has been identified as Bhramar Nayak, a sweeper supervisor in BSE Odisha.
According to reports, Nayak had allegedly sold a fake OSSTET certificate to a person from Keonjhar at a price of Rs 45,000.
Later after being aware that the certificate was fake, the victim informed the Board. Following this, the Board lodged a complaint at Mangalabag Police Station.
On the basis of the complaint, Mangalabag Police launched a probe and arrested Nayak.
