Boost Your Weight Loss Journey With Healthy Quinoa Salad


New Delhi: Quinoa Salad is packed with protein, easy to make, and customizable for any flavour profile, this basic dish is one of my favourites! This can be a healthy meal replacer or a mid-time snacking option.


  • Quinoa boiled: 40 gm
  • Green and red peppers chopped: 30 gm
  • Oregano finely chopped: 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
  • Basil leaves: 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Zucchini: 1
  • Salt as per taste

How to make

  1. – Drain water from quinoa.
  2. – Mix all veggies with quinoa in a salad bowl.
  3. – Mix olive oil, lemon juice and all other seasonings.
  4. – Salad is ready to serve.
