Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) saved the life of a stray dog whose head was stuck in a plastic jar.
After receiving a request from one Debaprasad Mahakud, the BMC deployed its team to the spot.
Though it took time to catch the doh, the team members identified the dog near Satya Nagar and removed the jar stuck on its head. The dog was freed and is out of distress.
A rapid action by the rescue team of BMC has saved the life of a stray dog today. Soon after receiving the request by an animal lover namely Debaprasad Mahakud, BMC moved its team immediately to the spot.
