BJD Supremo Wishes Odisha People On Party’s 25th Foundation Day

Bhubaneswar: Ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) on Sunday completed 25 years of its journey, serving as one of the major political party of the state.

BJD was founded 25 years back on December 26, 1997. The regional party of Odisha is named after the former chief minister of the state, late Biju Patnaik.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister and president of BJD, Naveen Patnaik wished people of the State and urged the citizens to keep strengthing the party with love.

Addressing people on the occasion, Naveen said, “I wish people of the State and all brothers and sisters of the party on BJD’s foundation day.”

“The party has gained strength with the love of Odia people and dedicated work of BJD workers. Let us keep this strength intact and progress towards building a new and prosperous Odisha,” the CM added.

A meeting will be held at BJD’s party office in Unit-6, Bhubaneswar with Covid-19 protocols at 4.30 pm.  CM Naveen will join the event and address the party members through video conferencing.
