Bhubaneswar: Judicial Complex at Lewis Road Sealed For A Week

Bhubaneswar: The Judicial Complex at Lewis Road in the state capital has been sealed by the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) for seven days.

The decision was taken after a series of Covid-19 positive cases were detected in the city.

“In larger public interest and with a view to contain the further spread of virus, the Judicial Complex at Lewis Road, Bhubaneswar is sealed for a period of 07 days from 29.04.2021 to 05.05.2021,” stated an order issued by the BMC.

The premises of Judicial Complex, Bhubaneswar will be sanitized with immediately by the Judicial Complex Authorities in strict adherence to the guidelines issued, informed the BMC.

“No one shall be allowed to move into or from outside the premises of Judicial Complex, Bhubaneswar during the period of sealing, except authorized personnel of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation. The detected Positive Cases are directed to remain in isolation at their respective residences,” stated the BMC order.

“If any positive case needs medical attention, the Judicial Complex Authorities are to intimate the same to BMC immediately. The Judicial Complex Authorities are to intimate BMC in case of symptoms observed in staff, other than those already detected positive for their testing and isolation, if found positive,” said order.

the government offices Bhubaneswar Sub Collector office, office of the Tahasildar Bhubaneswar, office of the sub registrar Khandagiri and office of the dist sub-registrar, Bhubaneswar, located inside the Judicial Complex at Lewis Road have been sealed for seven days.
