Bhubaneswar: 286 vehicles seized for violating lockdown restrictions


Bhubaneswar: The Commissionerate Police have cracked the whip on the people in the Odisha capital for loitering during the COVID-19 lockdown.

As per reports, nearly 286 vehicles were seized from different areas in Bhubaneswar under the cognizable case during lockdown enforcement.

Twin City Police Commissioner Sudhanshu Sarangi on Sunday warned people against using vehicles for purchasing grocery, vegetables and medicines.

The police commissioner said that any vehicle found at markets in these city and those without valid passes will be seized.
