Attack On Deogarh BDO: OAS Association Meets Odisha Chief Secy, Urges Stern Action

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) Association on Monday met the Chief Secretary over the assault of Tileibani BDO in Deogarh.

A delegation of the OAS Association led by its Secretary Jyoti Ranjan Mishra moved Lokseba Bhawan and put forth their grievance on the attack of Deogarh MLA to Tileibani BDO.

Submitting a memorandum to Chief Secretary, Suresh Chandra Mahapatra, the Association urged him for stringent action against the accused Deogarh MLA, Subash Chandra Panigrahi.

The team appealed to arrest other co-accused as soon as possible. At the same time, they sought the safety and security of the OAS Officers working across the state.

Reportedly, Deogarh MLA was arrested on Sunday on the charges of assaulting the Tileibani BDO, Krishna Chandra Dalapati.
