Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Assembly today was adjourned again till 4 PM as opposition BJP and the Congress created a ruckus in the House over alleged mining scam and other issues.
As soon as the House proceedings commenced at 11:30 AM, BJP and Congress MLAs gheraoed the Speaker Surjya Narayan Patro in his chamber. Unable to run the House, the Speaker adjourned the House.
Earlier in the day, the House was first adjourned for one hour at 10.30 AM after Congress MLAs rushed to the well and disturbed the proceedings.
