Arvind Kejriwal Urges For ‘Immediate’ Halt On Singapore Flights

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has urged the Centre to temporarily suspend all flights from Singapore over concerns of a new Covid-19 strain on Tuesday.

Reportedly, Kejriwal tweeted: “The new form of Corona that came to Singapore is being said to be extremely dangerous for children, in India it may come as a third wave.”

Notably, Singaporean authorities have shut down primary schools and junior colleges as the new COVID-19 variant is reportedly infecting children more.
