New Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal will take oath as Delhi Chief Minister for the third time either on February 14 or 16, AAP sources said on Wednesday.
Sources said the Ramlila Maidan might be the probable venue for the oath taking ceremony. Kejriwal has become the second person after Congress leader Sheila Dikshit to become the Delhi Chief Minister for the third time.
It is interesting to note that Kejriwal, who first assumed power in December 2013, had resigned on February 14, 2014, after 49 days in power. He was sworn-in as Delhi CM for the second time on February 14, 2015.
The AAP has won the Delhi Assembly Elections with 62 of the 70 seats. This is five seats less than in 2015. The BJP is the distant second with 8 seats. Congress has drawn a blank.
