Bhubaneswar: Arun Kumar Ray IPS, presently Additional Director General of Police, has been elevated in the rank of Special D.G of Police.
Notification issued by the Government of Odisha’s Home Department, “Shri Arun Kumar Ray, IPS (RR-1988), at present Additional D.G of Police, Communication on his promotion to the rank of D.G of police in IPS in Level-16 of Pay Matrix vide G.A. & P.G. Department Notification No.20407/AISI, dated 05.08.2021 is posted as Spl. D.G of Police Communication.”
Notably, Ray is an IPS Officer of the 1988 batch.
