Paradip: The annual bird census at Kujang Range (from banks of Devi river to Mahanadi) began today (January 12, 2022).
Reportedly, five teams comprising forest dept officials, ornithologists and OUAT students engaged for the purpose.
Notably, each team was provided with binoculars, two-way radio sets, global positioning system (GPS) sets and other equipment to carry out the task.
