Bargarh: The district authorities on Wednesday directed all educational institutions in Bargarh district to remain shut in view of continuous rainfall and heavy water-logging.
Heavy downpour in Bargarh district witnessed flood-like situation and water-logging in many areas. While communication to many areas was badly affected after floodwater washed away roads, many houses are inundated.
