Bhubaneswar: At least eight shops were gutted after a major fire broke out at a vending zone near Madusudan Park in Pokhariput area in the State capital on Sunday morning.
However, no loss of life has been reported from the incident, sources said.
Though the exact reason behind the fire has not been ascertained immediately, short circuit is believed to have caused the ignition.
