7 Civilians Injured In Jammu & Kashmir Grenade Attack

New Delhi: As many as seven people were injured as unidentified militants hurled a grenade in the direction of a police party in Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday. The attack took place at the Tral bus stand in the Pulwama district.

According to police sources, the injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment, and security forces have cordoned off the area.

The incident took place at around 4:30 pm when unidentified militants hurled a grenade at security forces personnel of JK Police and CRPF posted at the main bus stand at Tral. However, they missed the target and none of the personnel received any injury, police sources said.

Unfortunately, seven civilians have been injured in the attack. and all have been rushed to a nearby hospital. The health condition of all the injured is stable, police sources added.

Meanwhile, police have launched a search operation in the area to nab the attackers.
