3.2 magnitude quake rocks Himachal Pradesh

Shimla: An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.2 on the Richter Scale hit Himachal Pradesh at 03:49 pm on Sunday.

The IMD said the quake’s epicenter was located at Bilaspur in Himachal Pradesh. It occurred at a depth of 10km, the IMD added.

Worthwhile to mention here that a couple of days ago, an earthquake measuring 6.3 on the Richter Scale rocked Tajikistan late at night. The IMD said strong tremors were also felt across north India in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Delhi-NCR and Uttarakhand.
