Cuttack: As many as 20,000 kits have been prepared by Cuttack Municipal Corporation for the COVID-19 positive persons opting for home isolation.
The patients with no or mild symptoms prefer to recover at home, considering the lack of hospital beds in the wake of rising cases.
Due to the lack of proper arrangements at the COVID care centres, patients feel safe being treated at home isolation. Following this, CMC will distribute around 20k kits, that includes soap, sanitiser and masks, for the people getting treatment through home isolation
Notably, around 80% of people were under isolation from the total number of COVID infected persons.
