15600 migrants workers from other states accommodated in 104 camps in Odisha
Bhubaneswar: As many as 15600 migrants workers of other stated, who are stranded in Odisha due to the lockdown, have been provided food and shelter in 104 camps set up by the state government.
This was informed by the Odisha Labour and ESI Department on Twitter.
Food and shelter (104 camps) for around 15600 migrant workers of other states stranded in Odisha due to lock down, have been provided. These workers are from West Bengal, Justin and, Rajasthan, Haryana, UP, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh and MP etc.

According to reports, the stranded labourers hail from West Bengal, Justin and, Rajasthan, Haryana, UP, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh and MP etc.
The Labour Dept also informed that around 130 calls have been attended in Shramik Sahayata Control Room at Labour Directorate for around 450 migrant workers which have been shared with District Control Rooms and Labour officials for immediate intervention.
