Bhubaneswar: As many as 15 places in Odisha recorded maximum day temperature of 40 °C & above, informed the IMD Regional Centre here on Tuesday.
Boudh district recorded the maximum day temperature of 43.1 degrees Celsius followed by Angul 42.7 °C and Titlagarh 42.5 °, Baripada 42.5 °C, Bolangir 42.4 °C, and Talcher 42.3 °C
According to Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre, the maximum day temperature recorded at other stations are Bhubaneswar 41.7 °C, Jharsuguda, Nayagarh, Sambalpur, Sundargarh & Bhawanipatna 41 °C each, Hirakud 40.9 °C and Malkangiri 40 °C.
