Phulbani was the coldest at 4 degree Celsius.
Places like: Daringbadi (5), Angul (5.6), Koraput (7), Sundergarh (7), Jharsuguda (7.9), Bhabanipatna (8), Keonjhar (8.8), Boudh (9), Baripada (9), Bolangir (9.2), and Sonepur (9.4) also recorded a minimum temperature below 10 degree Celsius.
The twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack recorded a minimum temperature of 12. 4 degree Celsius and 11 degree Celsius respectively.
