Bhubaneswar: BJP National Executive Meet begins with political heavyweights of the party reaching the state capital one by one. While PM Modi will attend the Meet and has other plans, CM Naveen Patnaik will not be meeting him, the CM has said.
Overall 335 executive members will take part in the meet. Former BJP president Murali Manohar Joshi, Lal Krishna Advani, finance minister Arun Jaitely, Water Resources minister Uma Bharti, Railway minister Suresh Prabhu, health minister JP Nadda, CMs of Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath, MP Poonam Mahajan and many other prominent BJP leaders have already reached the city.
Home minister Rajnath Singh and party president Amit Shah had reached on Friday. PM Modi is expected to reach shortly.
Meanwhile, CM Naveen has informed that he will not be able to meet Modi since the PM is here for political work.
