Terrorist attack on BSF camp in Srinagar: JeM claims responsibility
Srinagar: Suicide attackers with explosives broke into a Border Security Force (BSF) camp near Srinagar airport in the early hours of the day on Tuesday, killing a soldier.
Three terrorists have been killed. Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terror group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
Srinagar airport has been shut down as the camp that has been attacked is close by.
According to reports, the attackers entered the 182 battalion camp in Humhama area around 4.30 am.
Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh has called for a high-level security meeting in New Delhi later on Tuesday to discuss the overall security situation.
