Sukma attack avenged: CRPF hits back, guns down 10-15 Maoists in Bastar

Raipur: The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) on Tuesday claimed to have gunned down 10-15 Maoists in Bastar’s Dantewada in a huge operation.

The operation was conducted days after the recent Maoist attack on a CRPF contingent that claimed the lives of 25 troopers.

A joint team of CRPF, CoBRA, Special Task Force and District Reserve Group carried out the operation.

There were reports a few days ago of CoBRA commandos being heli-dropped into the jungles of Bastar.
