Cuttack: The survivor of the Patnagarh wedding gift blast, newly-wed Reema Rani Sahu, has been discharged from hospital today.
She was undergoing treatment at the SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack sustaining grievous injury in the parcel bomb blast that claimed life of her husband Soumyasekhar Sahu and his grandmother.
Meanwhile, her mother today stated that she will first take her home, but it is upto her to decide where she wants to stay.
On the other hand, the Crime Branch is yet to nab the culprits behind the blast.
Earlier, the investigation agency had claimed to have got vital leads in connection with the parcel bomb explosion and even said that the sender of the killer parcel was an Odia.
Notably, Reema Rani’s husband Soumya Sekhar and latter’s grandmother Jemamani were killed while unwrapping a parcel bomb wrapped as a wedding gift on February 23, four days after the couple’s marriage.
